Woke up at 9.00am and went to the Chiropractic today. After doing the adjustment , the doctor gave us a talk of The Nutrients of food we must and not eat. The food that we should not eat much : 1st is Sugar D: 2nd is Vege Oil D: 3rd is Wheat D: ,food that are bread and even fruits! D: . And he say we must eat more food like meat , fat and stuff that we use to avoid them D: Everything is so
upsidedown D: after the talk we begin to avoid bread Dx that's all for the morning section :) at night maybe going gathering or watch movie with cousins or even both together :) and lastly
